Do you charge for site visits or inspections?
Site visits may be charged depending on your location. Send us a message on WhatsApp with your address and what you need, and we will tell you the exact cost before we come — with no surprises.
How long does a job take?
Small jobs typically take 2 to 7 days from start to finish (for example a standard home solar/inverter system or a house wiring job). Larger commercial and industrial projects are scheduled after the site visit, and we give you a clear timeline in your quotation.
How does payment work?
Payment is full payment by bank transfer to the company account after your quotation is approved. Once payment is made we schedule and deliver the job promptly. We do not show prices on the website — every quote is prepared for your specific needs.
What warranty and after-sales support do I get?
Products we supply carry their manufacturer warranties on all brands we recommend and install. On the workmanship side we stand behind the quality of our installation, and we stay reachable after handover for faults, servicing and questions — by WhatsApp and calls.
Which brands do you install?
We install and supply Deye, Firman, Cloud Energy, Taico, Ubetter, Srne and other leading brands. We are not claiming any brand partnership — we simply work with quality equipment we trust. The exact brands for your job will be listed in your quotation.
Do you supply equipment, or install only?
Both. We supply inverters, solar panels, lithium batteries, cameras, cables and lighting (see our Products page), and we install everything we supply. If you already bought equipment, we can also install it for you after a quick compatibility check.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve Western and Southern Nigeria. For bigger jobs we travel within the state or the nearest state — flights or transport arrangements are discussed when the job justifies it. Send us your location on WhatsApp and we will confirm.
How do I get a quote?
The fastest way is WhatsApp: tap any 'Chat on WhatsApp' button and tell us what you need and where you are. You can also use the quote form on our Contact page, call us, or email. We will arrange a site visit where needed and send your quotation.
Can you size the right system for me?
Yes — that is one of our core strengths. We perform an energy audit and load assessment before quoting so your system carries your real appliances and the backup lasts as promised. You can also try our free Solar Load Calculator for a quick first estimate.
Do you issue any certificate after electrical work?
Yes. For electrical wiring and installation jobs we carry out a safety inspection and issue a completion certificate for the work done.
Do you do generator installation or solar financing?
No — we focus on solar and inverters, electrical wiring, security and smart home/AV work. We do not offer financing or payment plans at the moment; payment is by bank transfer to the company account.
Who do you usually work with?
Homeowners are our biggest customers, and we also work with landlords, shop owners, estate developers, churches and mosques, schools, hotels and factories. Commercial and industrial projects are welcome.
